Swansea Belmont Surf Club is constantly being upgraded to provide the best possible facilities for our Members and Guests. The following areas are available for hire.

Located on the first floor the Auditorium is suitable for large functions. It accommodates seating for 180, or 200 standing. The Auditorium has a bar, ladies and men’s facilities, kitchen and access to the outdoor deck areas (hire of deck area is in addition to auditorium) The Auditorium enjoys excellent views over Blacksmiths and Nine Mile beaches

The Board room
|
Currently under construction with completion expected Early 2010
Suitable for business meetings, group training, cocktail functions and for pre dinner drinks for weddings being held in the Auditorium. The boardroom has a small bar and also has access to the outdoor deck areas. The Boardroom enjoys excellent views over Blacksmiths and Nine Mile beaches.

The Nine Mile Bar is located on the ground floor adjacent to the main entry. It is suitable for informal functions such as birthday parties for numbers of up to 80 people

Training room
|
A training room is available on the ground floor for smaller groups. The room has a small kitchenette, flat screen television and white board and opens on the lawn area. The training room is suitable for school or community groups to a maximum of 25.

The lawn area is available for hire for events such as BBQs and is also suitable as a break out area for large midweek conferences
|
|
|
A large open deck area which enjoys excellent views over Blacksmiths and Nine Mile beaches.The deck is suitable for outdoor functions in conjunction with the Board Room or Auditorium

For all booking other than not for profit groups A Booking Deposit of $300 is payable upon booking your function.
A Security Bond of $300 is also payable upon booking and will be refunded after your function subject to a satisfactory inspection of the facilities. Any damage or breakages will be deducted.
All accounts must be settled in full 14 days prior to use of club facilities. All prices and conditions are subject to change without notice.
For your convenience we accept Mastercard and Visa, EFTPOS Cheque or Direct Deposit.
We are unable to accept cash.
