All nominations are to be forwarded on the attached Surf Sports Nomination Form to: Hunter SLS, PO Box 44 Carrignton NSW 2294. Return of completed forms should be received by 5:00pm Friday 10th October 2008. While every effort is made to appoint you to the area/position you nominate for, it is not always possible to do so, especially if your nomination is received after the due date. As soon as possible after the close of nominations, the appointment of Officials will be finalised and a letter of appointment will be issued to successful nominees. Where possible the appointment letter will be distributed electronically.
